The service was first-class and the location was particularly good. The room was stylish and huge with increddible views, loved it...

the place was exceptionally clean and fancy, had very attentive and respectful staff with 2 staff members. the room i was given was large with great views. the hotel was set in a central area short walk to the beach area.

Enjoyed a fantastic breakfast with a stunning view, and the poolside bar was a great addition. Our room was spacious and comfy. Everything here had what we needed, so we'd definitely consider coming back! 🌅

Food and drink too overpriced. Good but too expensive.

-modern design of the hotel and the rooms. -politely reserved and always friendly staff. -service mentality of the staff (from reception to pool to housekeeping). -size of the room and balcony (Fabulous Suite)

-The beach was not very nice because of algae / seaweed (but the hotel cannot help that). -night club in the building was easy to hear at night (but certainly not in the rooms on the upper floors)

The staff here was incredibly attentive and recommended some great places for us to visit during our stay.

Exceptional location, right next to the Bass museum. the rooms have a modern touch and are super clean, with their own balcony, a fully stocked fridge, and even a cozy living room. 🌟

Very good location, very nice pool and great rooms. The access to the sea is very close and the staff was very friendly and courteous. Everything I expect from a top hotel has been fulfilled. Sure, there's a price, but it was worth every dollar.

Great location that can't be beat, and having a kitchenette is a nice bonus. I discovered a cool spot called Bagatelle just a short walk from here and ended up dining there multiple times. 🍽️

The location and the design are the l only good things.

The management is extremely rude and unhelpful. The house keeping are horrible very dirty the restroom items like towels were not changed daily. Also we had made reservations through Booked.net and pre paid everything a month in advance. When we arrived the staff said we did not have a reservation and the hotel was full! We had paid more than $6000 in advance! After much discussion and talking with the rude manager who wasn't helpful and didn't apologize, we had to call Booked.net and they contacted them. After 2hours they finally gave us our rooms. Extremely bad experience I will never be staying there again.

the hotel location made a great difference because it was right on the beach , in a quieter area of south beach but it was only a 10 minute walk to the shops and restaurants. The hotel was superb., each room had its own mini kitchen with a fridge,toaster,microwave etc so you could make your own breakfast ,lunch without having to pay huge hotel prices. we would recommend this hotel
